And so we have another Battle On Sunset comp in the books! I want to thank everyone for coming out and supporting our event and to thank you all for the positive comments we received throughout the day! I also want to thank all of our volunteers. Today would never have gone as smooth as it did without your assistance. Shan and I are so blessed to have you all in our lives. As I always mention…in or out of the gym…we will always be ohana! Hello all…I know this is far off, but Battle On Sunset 3 will be on Saturday, August 27! We’ll have the same Scaled ,Rx and Masters Divisions but this year we’ll also have teens! Not too many comps have a teens division so I wanted to give them an opportunity to compete and beast out along with all of you! Details about the event along with wodrocket will be posted in June.

My wife and I both work, have 3 kids, run our business and have been doing this for over 10 years! When people ask us how or why we do what we do. It’s these people and many more in our ohana that keeps us going. Even people that are no longer with us are still close to us and a part of our family. We’re a little gym in Antioch, but we have a huge family!

We’ve decided to close registration 1 week earlier as we’ve already reached the amount of competitors we were aiming for. We’ll be closing registration this Sunday, August 9th. WOD 2 and the WOD 4(floater) will be released on Saturday, August 8th. Thanks to all and we can’t wait to see you!!!

Who knew there was a correct way?
